| The reel to sheet ruling machine has been designed for rotary type printing materials that use either the dot or line print mark. Our design utilizes flexo plate and water based ink to produce precise and excellent quality print of single lines or squares on the reel paper before sheet them to the required sizes via our rotary sheeter. The machine has been designed using latest technology which incorporates the fields such as tension control, transmission and data processing, thus this enables the machine to yield higher output. |

The operation control and maintenance of the machine is relatively simple and easy. Our machine also uses less ink consumption and has a longer plate life span. It is able to operate at a higher speed and printing could be on both the front and reverse sides and to up maximum of 4 colours (2/2). We firmly believe that we offer the best machine for Exercise Book production. |

The TM-1000 offers the user two types of tinting. *The Gravure method uses less ink for the tinting and is used especially on materials such as Art printing paper and white paper board. The Letter press method uses more ink for the tinting process and is mainly used on grey paper board and fabrics. Whichever method you use the TM-1000 is the ideal equipment for your tinting process.
