| Tape positioning is now a quick and simple task. The RHP7000 provides the operator the ability to position the tape inside the head and foot of the sheet, thereby eliminating nicking or film excesses on the paper and creating a much better looking product. |

| Although this rapid fire machine is capable of cutting up to 10,000 tabs per hour, you can expect your semi-skilled operator, with minimal experience, to produce at a rate of 2,000-5,000 tabs per hour. The instant the sheet hits a micro-switch, the knives rotate down, cut and return to the open position ready for the next sheet. Use this "bulldog" tough machine to cut laminated and non-laminated sheets from 6-point to 25-point paper. Feed several non-laminated sheets at a time and get even higher production rates. A fixed, full-length side guide makes sure that every sheet aligns properly to give your customers the quality results they expect. |

| One operator can have the Heavy-Duty Tabcutter up and running in just a few minutes so you can be the hero when competitors turn away small rush jobs. It takes just seconds to change tab position — simply loosen two handles, slide the table top to reposition the side guide, and retighten the handles. Changing tab sizes takes only two minutes. Tilt the tabletop, loosen four screws, reposition the knives and retighten the screws. To change tab extension (depth), tilt the table top, loosen 10 screws, remove the knives and replace with a new extension. Tighten the screws and you are back making profits in five minutes or less. |

| The extra-long, tool steel knives quickly and easily cut a 1-inch (25.4mm) tab in the first position on a 15-inch (381 mm) long sheet. As the tab widens or the tab position moves toward the center of the sheet, the sheet size capability increases accordingly. |

| Looseleaf reinforcer |

| Your operator can reinforce sheets of various lengths and widths with minimal effort. The reinforcer adjusts to any weight paper from 6-point to 17-point. The Scott Looseleaft Reinforcer automatically senses the edge of the sheet to cut tape flush top and bottom — even when sizes are intermixed. Installing the tape reel is the only setup required — and it takes less than three minutes to thread the machine. |

| Applies almost any film up to 3/4 inch (19.1 mm) wide. The Reinforcer handles sheets 3-1/2 inches wide to 17 inches wide (88.9 mm to 431.8 mm). It reinforces sheets from 8 inches (203 mm) long to any length. Edges shorter than 8 inches can be run in multiples and cut apart later. Sheets wider than 17 inches can be accommodated by adding support beyond the table top to prevent overhang. |

| In less than two seconds, the 1800 feeds the plastic tape, wraps and folds it around the sheet, cuts the plastic to the selected length and smoothly bonds it to both sides. With minimal training and experience, one operator will produce upwards of 2,000 plastic laminated, ready-to-tabcut sheets per hour — up to 14,000 per shift. Side and full-length back guides assure accurate sheet positioning and automatic counter precisely records each operator's output. |

| Complete 1800 setups and changeovers require no tools, minimal skills and very little time. In just a few seconds you can set tab position — unclamp, move and reclamp the paper feed guide; change the plastic length — set the graduated scale to any position between 1 and 5-1/2 inches (25.4 mm and 140 mm). In less than one minute, change tab color — insert a new tape reel on the reel holder and thread the tape. The 1800 is now ready to laminate high-volume or rush jobs as fast as your operator can insert each sheet. |
