coatings have made UV curing a method of

continue as the European VOC Directive
relating to products with high solvent contents
tightens environmental legislation. As a result,
UV curing represents a further invaluable
alternative to conventional drying techniques.
One key feature of the UV technology
provided by Eltosch is its minimal thermal
load, which means that UV-polymerizing
coatings can also be used on heat-sensitive
substrates. Just like NIR, the UV drying
systems take up only a minimum of space,
thanks to the compact design common to all
AdPhos products. NIR technology complements
UV curing superbly in combined drying
processes where additional thermal treatment
